*This retreat is being held at Essential Yoga & Massage in Elkhorn, Wisconsin

My holistic nutritionist, Kristin Arnett of Kristin’s Kitchen–Holistic Nutrition, will be presenting here this weekend.
And, you can meet one of my fellow writing colleagues, Doris Wedige, who

Three days of sharing, listening, and learning with writers, agents, editors, and publishers

You’re a writer. You might be a beginner; you might be advanced. You might write fiction, nonfiction, poetry, scripts, a blog. You might be young or old, male or female, student or teacher—you might be anybody. But you’re not nobody. You’re a writer.

As such, the 24th annual Writers’ Institute is for you, specifically and solely. For three days, you’ll mingle with other writers, agents, editors, and publishers. You’ll share, listen, and learn about your writing, the writing life, and how to make it as a writer.

This is where good writing takes root and flourishes. Register now to reserve your spot.

* I’m so excited to be able to attend this conference this year!! And wish me luck, I’ll be pitching my memoir to two agents while I’m here!!

Walk to save lives…In the United States, a person dies by suicide every 15 minutes, claiming more than 36,000 lives each year. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for college students, and the third for youth ages 15-24, with adolescent depression -undiagnosed, untreated or both- as the number one cause.
